• Topsider:  This is a Jimmy John’s “Hot Spot” – just order from the Jimmy John’s app, select Topsider as your delivery location and specify a pickup time, and then stop in to fuel up, grab beer and ice, and your delivery driver will meet you there.  It’s that easy!

Boating is a very popular activity at the Lake of the Ozarks. If you are out on the water often, it may have come across your mind to own your own boat. However, there are pros and cons to both renting and owning a boat. Iguana Boat Sales has listed these to help make your decision easier.

Pros of Renting a Boat

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath lake front cabin has some of the best views of Lake of the Ozarks. The 3 story cabin is right at the water’s edge and includes a large walkout basement with a beautiful patio. There is an additional walk out deck on the 2^nd floor, which is perfect for enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, living room with a 48” flat screen TV, bathroom and a bedroom with a 28” flat screen.
